These terms & conditions provide detailed information for clients considering cosmetic procedures with Beauty.m
All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice.
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations or any changes to the appointment, otherwise minimum of 30% of the total treatment price will be charged. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the cost of the appointment if there is no show or adequate notice is not given for all online bookings. There will be charge of 30% for any last minute changes to the appointment, minimum of 50% charge for late cancellation and up to 100% charge for a no show.
Booking in person or over the phone:
Reservation Deposit is required for some appointments. Credit card details may be taken to secure the bookings for treatments longer that 45 minutes. Please phone Beauty.m at Seed salon and speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
Reservation Deposit is non refundable but will be fully redeemed against the treatment price. In case of No Show or Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours prior scheduled booking) Reservation Deposit will be lost. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the Notice Period ends, Reservation Deposit will remain in our system and will be used towards your next appointment.
Small (£0.60-£1.50) Online Booking Fee is charged with every online booking. This fee is non refundable and is charged by the Phorest Salon Software and a third party payment gateway company to cover the costs of payment process. This fee will be fully redeemed from the final payment.
A cancellation of an appointment will result in loss of the reservation fee. The amount lost depends on the total cost of your booking but will be no more than £1.50. If a booking is partially cancelled (one or more, but not all treatments that are part of the booking) the reservation fee/deposit will not change. If the service provider cancels the whole booking the reservation fee/deposit will be credited to your Phorest account. This credit can be used to reserve future bookings on Phorest. If the services provider only partially cancels a booking your Online Booking Fee will not change.
Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online by going to their Phorest account. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice the salon has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee/deposit paid online). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee.
By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider’s terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.

If you are feeling unwell due to the COVID-19 coronavirus please inform us as soon as possible. We will then postpone your appointment by two weeks. Please note, if you fail to inform us on time, Late Cancellation & No Show charges may still apply.
Punctuality & Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
We are aware that many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements. We are of course, pleased to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest of confidence. Consultation can be offered in person, over the phone or email.
Gift Cards are available to purchase for any amount and must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with salon offers, promotions or Loyalty Card discount. Gift Cards cannot be used for products purchases. Please bring your Gift Card with you to your appointment.
Course of Treatments
Most of the treatments can be purchased as a Course of 6 (Please ask a team member for more details) All courses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and will be automatically voided after that time. All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 12 months. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
beauty.m has recently launched TreatCard Loyalty Scheme to offer our loyal, regular customers complimentary mini treatments as kind gesture of appreciation. We would like to kindly remind our clients that Loyalty Scheme TreatCard is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
• 1 pound equals 1 point
• TreatCard points can only be added at the time of payment. If you fail to show us your card for barcode scanning we will NOT be able to add those points at later time or at your next visit.
• One TreatCard can be assigned to only one person and cannot be shared between two or more customers.
• Customer can only have one card assigned to their name at a time.
• IMPORTANT: if you lose your card, unfortunately you lose your points. We are not able to transfer them to your new TreatCard. (We’ve put a lot of effort to design them to very comfortable and portable form to make it easier for clients to carry)
• Clients can collect points by purchasing beauty treatments, beauty products, courses or gift cards.
• Once you’ve collected enough points, our system will notify us there is a Treat available for you. Your Treat can only be added to paid appointment.
• Beauty.m reserves the right to stop this scheme at any time without further notice.
Please note: TreatCard scheme is fully automated by the Phorest booking system, limiting our manual access. We appreciate your understanding.
Most Credit Cards are acceptable, cash and Debit Cards. We do not accept cheques. All Payments on Account must be paid within 7 days. All prices include Value Added Tax at a current rate. VAT reg: GB 226 6250 20
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Se individual treatment pages for pricing information. Prices vary depending on location.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return your item you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase and we will refund you in full (excluding delivery charge). We will only accept items in their undamaged, original, unopened packaging. If you return your goods after the 7 day period, we reserve the right to not to offer you a refund. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase.
It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and also ensuring that the goods are packed correctly. Please send it to Beauty.m, 789 Fulham Road, SW6 5HD, London with a copy of your receipt, your contact details and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
We are always committed to performing the best quality of treatments but in case you are unhappy with our services please notify a team member in salon who will be happy to resolve this. Please note we are unable to give refunds for treatments already carried out and paid for.
Refusal of treatments and our right to cancel
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our professionals consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment to pregnant women in their first trimester.
Please note that we do not provide treatments for anyone aged under 18 years.
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone or email – where possible.
General Treatment Advice
Medical Conditions – If you have any of the following it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments are prohibited:
* Heart Condition
* Contact Lenses
* Metal Plates / Pins / Coil
Waxing – Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid wearing “Best” underwear for Bikini wax. Avoid using deodorants after under arm wax.
Pregnancy – pregnant women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test. Pregnancy may be contraindication to a range of treatments. If you are pregnant or undertaking any medical fertility procedures, please do not book online, before speaking directly to the member of beauty team, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.
Patch Test – A patch test must be carried out at Beauty.m at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.
Any information submitted by you (including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address and delivery address, telephone number) will be used for one or more of the following purposes:
* Alerting you to product upgrades, special offers or updated information.
* Notifying you about your future appointments.
* To enable Beauty.m to provide services and products most relevant to you.
* Administration, marketing and profiling your requests and preferences.
Beauty.m Ltd will keep all information confidential and any information collected by Beauty.m or Seed Salon is protected by security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access, as required by the Data Protection Acts 1994 and 1998. Beauty.m Ltd does not authorise the transfer of information to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK.
All material on web pages under the domain www.beautym.co.uk is, unless otherwise stated, the property of Beauty.m Ltd. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
